1. The Quest 3 has a higher resolution than the Quest 3S, with 2,064 x 2,208 pixels per eye compared to 1,832 x 1,920 pixels per eye. 

2. The Quest 3 has a higher pixel density, with 1,218 pixels per inch compared to 773 pixels per inch. 

3. The Quest 3 has a wider field of view, with 110 degrees horizontal and 96 degrees vertical compared to 96 degrees horizontal and 90 degrees vertical. 

4. The Quest 3 has more refresh rate options, with 72 Hz, 80 Hz, 90 Hz, and 120 Hz compared to 90 Hz and 120 Hz for the Quest 3S. 

5. The Quest 3 has a pancake lens with continuous inter-axial distance (IAD) adjustment, while the Quest 3S has a Fresnel lens with three-position IAD adjustment.
